I grew up in an age of questionable butter sticks and honestly have no idea what real butter even tastes like. Well, now I can make my own fresh, homemade butter with this cool new Paderno World Cuisine Fresh Butter Maker. Simply pour cream into the glass jar, rotate the hand crank on top and churn the cream until it stiffens, discard the whey, rinse the remaining butter with cold water and knead it until ready. I love kitchen gadgets and this actually sounds kind of fun to try and later taste.
