This unique, hand-built red cedar dog house is inspired by traditional Swedish sod-roofed cabins and has a galvanized metal roof that can be used to grow grass or bedding plants to provide natural insulation. It's constructed from Western red cedar with a kiln-dried pine frame that's watertight, spacious, and naturally rot-resistant. The only downside is that your furry friend may start burying bones up on the roof, but I guess that's better than the lawn. Hmm, and don't plant any catnip up there.
