This unique whiskey kit includes everything you need to witness the magical transformation of un-aged whiskey from clear to brown and taste and smell the flavor, aroma, and taste complexities that come from the aging process. Each kit includes two 750 ml bottles of 110 proof White Dog un-aged whiskey from a Bourbon Mash, a 2 liter aging barrel, pouring funnel, two tasting glasses, and step-by-step instructions. The small barrel size allows the aging process to be significantly accelerated, so you'll get to enjoy a nicely aged whiskey in only 3-6 months and the aging barrel can be refilled and reused 5+ times.
