To use, take the heavy stainless steel Garlic Crusher, crush the garlic clove with the flat end first and remove the outer skin. Now roll it over the crushed clove like a rolling pin and the serrated edges will effectively crush and mince the garlic. When done, simply wash your hands with it like it was a bar of soap and the 18/10 stainless steel will magically remove any garlic odor from your hands and fingertips (this actually works well).
