Unlike most digital thermometers for the grill that involve cumbersome cords, this cool new Mastrad Meat Thermometer is a fully wireless Bluetooth thermometer probe for barbecue grills, smokers, and ovens that lets you monitor the doneness of meats, poultry, and fish from afar using an app on your smartphone or tablet.
This stainless steel, dual-sensor temperature probe is resistant to flareups at temperatures up to 1100°F for up to 3 minutes, has a wireless distance range up to 65 feet unobstructed, and a precision temperature range from -22°F to 572°F (Celsius too). Once connected to the free app, just select the type of meat and how you want it cooked, insert it into the meat, and it automatically monitors the internal temperature, cooking speed, and then sends you an alert when it's nearly ready or when it's undercooking, overcooking, or on fire.
