While we still need roads in the 21st century and it's not quite 2015 yet, the cool new, er, retro Mr. Fusion Home Energy Reactor now exists just like Doc Brown's time traveling Delorean had in the, hmm, the alternate 1985 before going into the future. While it won't actually convert garbage into 1.21 gigawatts of energy or power a flux capacitor, this fun replica does make sounds and flash some lights to simulate the process. Now we just need automatic shoelaces, auto-adjusting clothing, the hoverboard, and a Cubs World Series Win (it could happen).
