You see, money doesn't exist in the 24th century, but for only 3,100 21st century bucks, you can boldly set your Tea, Earl Grey, Hot down on a coffee table that is truly next generation. Barry Shields over at Etsy has created a stunning one-of-a-kind coffee table with Star Trek's Starship Enterprise NCC 1701C as the base. Now the USS Enterprise NCC 1701-C wasn't under Kirk's or Picard's command, it was a Federation Ambassador-class heavy cruiser from The Next Generation series commanded by Captain Rachel Garrett that was destroyed by Romulans while trying to protect a Klingon outpost (yeah, I looked that up). This majestic coffee table replica was made in her honor from ash, poplar and cherry wood with a thick 1/4" glass top resting above it. A perfect addition to any Trekkie's living room. Make it so!
