I bought one of these fans last summer from a catalog. Worked great all summer then the fan died. The company said 90 days was over. I would expect something like this to last for many seasons. I am looking for another brand and another company to buy it from.

If you bought it from Costco, just take it back and exchange it. They have a lifetime warranty on most things.

I bought one of your mister fans from Costco 2 weeks ago, and the fan won't stay in an up position. I just falls to face downward. I tightened the screw as tight as it would go, but it doesn't help.Please let me know it there is a fix for this problem.Love the fan except for that.Thanks,John Hartley760-771-5851

After watching that video, I fear less for my sanity than I did prior to watching it. That lady is many fries short of a happy meal...... LOL. neat looking product, wonder how it would work here in Centrl NY where the temps are in the teens tonight. Make one heckuva skating rink out of the sidewalk :)
