Studry and safe packaging. Not to hard to set up, although I might recommend a second person if you can&amp;#039;t carry 60 lbs to your setup destination. Unpacking and getting going weren&amp;#039;t bad at all, but you should read the instructions. The doors have to be assembled just so, but other than that it&amp;#039;s almost plug and play.I had some trouble getting my first bottle going, but after that I had no trouble so far. It chills, it pours, the led backlighting is pretty cool. One other caution - it makes as much noise as a small refrigerator, so don&amp;#039;t plan on putting it in the middle of your living room. The floor is not a good option either since you will be pouring from this contraption and you don&amp;#039;t want to be kneeling to pur a glass of wine. And its height wouldn&amp;#039;t allow us to put it on the kitchen counter and under the cabinets. Plan to report back after I see how well it really preserves. There&amp;#039;s a Zin in there now as a test run...
