I also loved the look of the Russell Hobbs, but had the same issue I received it yesterday and it has already quit. I also ordered it from Frontgate.

I love the look of this so much I ordered it from www.frontgate.com. It almost immediately stopped working. I exchanged it and the second one did the same thing. Bummer. Style over substance. Same issue with the matching toaster. Such a shame!
