This is not new, I saw one of these in the late 60’s in my local Western Auto store (remember them?)Theres a couple of problems though, (1) the snopw is those little styrofoam pellets that are in beanbag chairs, and since they are styrofoam, the have a tendency to be affected by static charges (read as cling) and they stick to everything when the humidity is very low. Like in winter when the temp is below 32 degrees.

I saw a small one of these before in a window and it was neat, but I’m sure you will still get the “snow” all over the room in this one.
