<description>I have the sandwich knife. This knife is sharp-sharp sharp. It cuts tomatoes better than my serrated tomato knife. Light weight and funny colors,but a great knife. <description>I have the original release of this knife as well as a pairing knife.  Both knives preform well and are sharp.  The Teflon coating allows the knife to glide through product.  The knives are a bit under wait but, preforms well.  I have had much success with avocados with the tomato knife.  I guess the need for this knive really depends on your application.
