My wife bought a Sunbeam / Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Machine for my birthday for $300 that has plastic parts on the base and on the bottom of the pitcher which have ground down due to cheap manufacturing (plastic instead of metal and does not always seat properly) and now we can\'t even get replacement parts EVEN IF WE ARE WILLING TO BUY NEW PARTS! The Jarden \"Customer Care\" center in Boca Raton, FL (half an hour from my house) says they are sorry we have to buy a new one because they don\'t make new parts and it is out of warranty based on the number off of the plug!I looked at my $10 Sunbeam blender from 15 years ago (Made in USA assembled in Mexico) and sure enough those parts are METAL not PLASTIC. This thing still works and made way more mixed drinks than this $300 paperweight which will be the talk of our CINCO DE MAYO party and how SUNBEAM doesn\'t sell parts or stand behind their products anymore! Shameful and wasteful.I AM DISAPPOINTED IN SUNBEAM which used to be a Quality company and Jimmy Buffet and MARGARITAVILLE for putting their name on a product that the company won\'t stand behind.

I just got this as a gift. It is the most AMAZING thing I have seen. It literally makes the perfect drink! It isn't just limited to margaritas.
