I tested one of these at Brookstone in Myrtle Beach this past weekend. As a sufferer of fibromyalgia, this chair is excellent. The massage is NOT a tiny motor that rattles about. The chair employs what feels like 3" steel balls that push, vibrate and roll the muscles of your shoulders, back & buttocks. The leg device gently squeezes and releases your muscles, providing a soothing massage. If I could afford an Osim chair, we would have brought one home that night!
