I am a landscaper. Once when pulling clover patches out of a bed, I found one. I kept it at home, but one day I thought to carry it around with me for luck. Shortly after, my car blew up. A year later, I found another. The next day, while driving my sister's car, it stalled. I could not figure out the problem, until I realized the 4 leafer was in my wallet. Hard to believe, but I got rid of it, and the car started right up. We never determined from any shop why it stalled. So, coincidence, or maybe I'm related to a leprechaun.

Framed Four-Leaf Clover - Luck of the Irish
Click Here to Read Full Post and Comments
Hey it\'s me again, \"Feeling Down on Luck.\" Well in April, actually on April 1st..April Fools Day...I was outside, 5 1/2 months pregnant and still angered at my ex husband stealing my 13 four leaf clovers, i was walking around in clovers hoping to find just one four leafer...and as soon as I look down there it was staring me in the face. I refrained from freaking out just in case my eyes were playing tricks, but it was real, a real 4 leaf clover and all i could do was shout with joy! I felt it was a sign from God saying, he (my ex) thought he could steal my luck? HA well I was blessed to find it again! I still wonder tho? Is he having bad luck from stealing someone else\'s luck? Thanks,Feeling Lucky and wishing I would not have casted my pearls to the feet of swine

Framed Four-Leaf Clover - Luck of the Irish
Click Here to Read Full Post and Comments
That is a shamrock not a clover. The way you can tell is a clover has a rounded edge and that one has a bumby edge.

Framed Four-Leaf Clover - Luck of the Irish
Click Here to Read Full Post and Comments
Look up/into the pagan tradition for the history of Ostara to better understand the rabbit and eggs thing. As for the clover, no clue, I think they are pretty and you are lucky if you find a real one on your own...lol

Framed Four-Leaf Clover - Luck of the Irish
Click Here to Read Full Post and Comments
Say what? Ok, people listen. Yes, the shamrock has three leaves, just like most clovers do. It\'s simply also folk tradition that the four leafers bring luck, just like making wishes with dandelion seeds. In fact, in more obscure tradition, additional numbers leaves bring different things. The extra leaves are caused by a mutation that happens every now and then, the more leaves the rarer the occurance. It\'s natural that these should also be associated with the Irish, since it\'s the same plant. As for a water fern called Marsilea, these would not be it unless the maufacturer is outright lying about their source, but it does not look like it to me. The two plants grow in completely different environments.I remember many a time in my childhood searching the clover in the school yard for four leafers. Sometimes I didn\'t find any. One time though, I found a whole bunch. :)

Framed Four-Leaf Clover - Luck of the Irish
Click Here to Read Full Post and Comments
These "four-leaf clovers" are not clovers at all. These are an aquatic fern named Marsilea.I am not sure if this matters to those who expect the four-leaf clover to bring luck, but all Marsilea have four leaves, so it isnt very lucky to find a four leafer.

Framed Four-Leaf Clover - Luck of the Irish
Click Here to Read Full Post and Comments
Me and my sister had found 13 four leaf clovers and I have been keeping them safe in a secret place for seven years. I was just marrid and showed them to my husband. He is a Marine at TBS in Quantico. A few months later, we split up. I am pregnant and he knows I am. When I returned home with my belongings, I checked for my clovers, they were all gone even the little box I kept them in. I just can't believe that my ex stole them from me.Is there any myth about stealing someones four leaf clovers? Would like to know. P.S. By the way he is strict Roman Catholic and half irish and is crazy about St. Patricks day. Also his mothers lucky number is 13. I am also half irish ans love St. Patricks day but I could not see myself stealing someone elses luck. Thank You Feeling Down on Luck!

Framed Four-Leaf Clover - Luck of the Irish
Click Here to Read Full Post and Comments
Four-leaf clovers actually have nothing to do with the Irish. The shamrock looks like a four-leaf clover, but only has three leaves. How did the world become so confused?
