I don't think this would work too well. Cooling the air is only half the battle. A real air conditioner also removes humidity from the air. This would increase the humidity to the air. Maybe if you live somewhere really dry like Vegas, this might not be too bad, but in southern Texas it won't help. Cool find though!

Ice pack inside with fan over top to blow out the cool air coming off the ice pack, Dosen't work to well

I really need something like this, I hate summers in my hot office. uuhhggYou know what works better?A mini fridge filled with Fla-Vor-Ice in the freezer!
