I can personally say, I've had 500,000 scoville extract and thought that using 3 drops would thin out within a bowl of chille.I can tell you, 3 drops of 500,000 scoville made my entire concept of hot/pain come crumbling down. My mouth was numb by the end of eating the chille due to the effects of Capsaicin.16 million would just be outright ridiculous and simply for aesthetic purposes. you would need to dilute it to actually use it and it would only be used for making your own hot sauces anyway.

But this is good only during parties where the tastes differ wildly. For daily use in an household this may not be a big hit and one of the sauces will run out faster than the other, leaving the other one unusable. Try this sauce at amruthamfoods.com

Sure it's great for homes with a bunch of different people with different tastes, but for me, I only like it super hot and don't like to share, so I would only be getting half a bottle then, right?
