My Apollo worked beautifully for about 5 years. I baked all the time and had wonderful results. Then it stopped heating up probably, and it took twice the normal time to cook the food. I got rid of that and bought a new GE convection oven. It takes twice as long too. So either convection ovens place more demand than my electrical current is capable of delivering--or I'm the unlucky person who got two defective ovens in a row.

We purchased a 2007 Winnebago Outlook in late 2007. The only thing that works is the microwave. On contacting Apollo all they were interested in was if the warranty was still in effect. I said I wanted a service centers near Yuma and that warranty was not an issue. They advised that they do not have service centers and that we woud have to have it removed and shipped to them at our cost.Why is Winnebago or anyone else for that matter dealing with a firm like this.

My turntable shattered when cooking a frozen "chicken pot pie" and I've been trying to contact them to purchase a new one. I get no response. There is no way to contact this company except for one phone number they do not answer. Yet they continue to sell the ovens. Time to call the Better Business Bureau? People need to know there is no customer support whatsoever.

Having a similar problem with my halftime oven. Neither the control panel nor the digital display work. However, the light in the oven box works. When doing what Tammi at Midwest Sales suggested, the oven worked for a second but stopped. Control panel is still dead. Willing to bet it is a faulty control board or harness from control panel to the oven. My unit is installed in a new RV. Any ideas on what else I can do? How much does it acually cost for a new computer board? Was told it was @ $95, but that is almost half of the cost of the entire oven.

I have had this oven for six years, we use it for everything that we cook.We have a foster care home and we cook around 20 meals a day, and I will buy another one if this one ever need to be replaced.

Same here with the 1/2 time by Apollo. Tonight the door mechanisiam broke and we are now unable to remove the dish of food inside. I would certainly not reccommend this appliance to anyone. Ours came installed in an $84000.00 5th wheel. Where is the quality in such a project? This manafacturere should be ashamed to pass this junk off to an unseeming publicPaul & MartyNew Hampshire

Hello,I am hoping that you may be able to help me. One year ago we purchased a new Big Horn fifth wheel trailer. It has an Appollo half time microwave. We didn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t have occasion to use it until this winter, it was then that we discovered that the center know that makes the turn table go around is missing. We have tried to no avail to obtain this item from and thru the dealership. Is there any way we can obtain this part? The microwave is useless to us without it.Thanks very much,Marguerite Fougere

i have had one just over 7 mos and then bought on for my daught the collage girl. we use it ever day and didn\'t even use the main over for 4 mo\'s. cheaper to run and heat\'s the house up less. i will say that the first 2 i got were broken shipped site to store the last [ one i have now ] was shipped to my home and works like a charm. i getting one for my mom when i see her this spring. best 200 i have spend in a long time.

I am on my second oven. Original unit was replaced by my RV dealer under warranty. The replacment unit is even worse than the first.The original would not run unless you slammed the door shut to overcome the safety switches, and it only worked somtimes. The replacment unit runs for about a minute, overheats, and won't run again until it sits 5-10 minutes to let whatever cool down. I have not even had the chance to try anything beyond conventional food warming functions. If you are smart, I would advise going to Wal Mart to get an inexpensive unit, and save the aggrivation. Probably the worst unit I've ever seen or owned.

I've owned my Apollo half-time oven for over 16 months. Warranty repairs have been attempted four times. The oven was replaced once. No repairs worked and the "new" oven is worse than the first one. Don't waste your money on Apollo products.

I have owned and used an Appollo Half Time Oven that I bought a few years ago. THIS OVEN IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I have found that in addition to cooking beautifully browned meals in half the time, Meats and chicken are MUCH juicier and more tender than any other method that I have ever tried.Pork roast and chicen breast in particular turn out wonderfully juicy inside with a deliciously browned and crispy exterior. Comparing the 1/2 time oven to a "Regular convection microwave " is like comparing an old rusted out VW to a brand new top-of-the-line Porche. Buy one, YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!(and you'll never want to use a "regular convection-microwave again)

Just got one the other day and cooked one meal for my hubby. Chicken breast, potato wedges and carrots in 18 min. complete. He loved it!! Has anyone cooked with the grill? Is there something to catch the drippings? It seems it would be messy. Let me know.Also, keeps tripping the outlet. Have to reset it alot.
