The AeroGrow company has undergone its fair share of growing pains since it first introduced the AeroGarden concept of hydroponic gardening for the kitchen. And I think it has dealt admirably with the many problems any new concept has in the beginning. However, I think one major problem remains. Their nutrient tablets 'suck'.If you should be considering the purchase of an AeroGarden, by all means buy the one of your choice and then take the nutrient tablets out of whatever seed kit you have acquired and throw them away. Then lookup UltraGrow liquid nutrients and order the three bottle nutrient package that will make your AeroGarden a real joy to use.I could go into great detail on why you should do this, but such action would not be productive and serve no useful purpose. Just take my word for it and start off from the very beginning of your AeroGarden experience using the UltraGrow liquid nutrients. Taking this road to healthy, productive plants will save you a lot of time and effort.I kid you not,Christopher R. Mohr Sr.

AeroGarden Pro 200
Click Here to Read Full Post and Comments
We just restarted our Aerogarden's over the weekend. We had to replace the pumps in both of our Aerogardens, the reason why is that our water here in Indiana is so hard. When I removed the pumps they were caked in sediment. But, with our new water filtration those days should be behind us.

AeroGarden Pro 200
Click Here to Read Full Post and Comments
I purchased the original model back in Aug/Sept. of '07 and have used it ever since as per the instructions. The herbs have grown well although not as well as the commercials and pics show.My problem is the unit is white and it has developed two brown burn marks on top of the hood. Directly above where the lights are situated beneath. I am hesitant to run the lights much longer for fear it may start a fire. It appears to me they may not have built the hood thick enough to withstand the heat? I have used the timer exactly as the directions indicate and no more.I've written them today and we'll see what they say. I will be back to keep you posted.

AeroGarden Pro 200
Click Here to Read Full Post and Comments
