>.> Darrell, the sip feature simply runs the coffee right through without cooling it at all..

I just received my Brugo mug yesterday and used it this morning for the first time. I didn’t really care for the “Tip & Cool” feature. I didn’t seem to get enough coffee. I have been using the “Sip” selection and it is cool enough to drink immediately. I am very impressed and will probably order another mug soon.

So… has anyone actually seen one of these mugs? I’m curious about how it works. Does it actually cool your coffee or tea faster? Seems to me the bottom part is insulated and the top part isn’t, so it cools faster. One website said that the mug cooled the top ounce in seconds, but that doesn’t seem right. I’m compelled to get one myself just to see how it works and if it works well.
