I've been trying to get an exhaust hose for 2 weeks and get the runaround from their customer service department. Of course they do not sell this anywhere else and you are completely dependent on them!

We are so pleased with this unit. It gives us wonderful humidification and we love the heat it also puts out. It is very easy to move into different rooms.
