This innovative hand vacuum harnesses disinfecting UV light, a vibrating pad, and high-powered suction to eradicate the millions of microscopic dust mites and bacteria accumulated in mattresses and bedding that can deny allergy and asthma sufferers a peaceful slumber. An 8-watt sanitizing UV-C lamp helps to eradicate dust mites and kills 99.9% of bacteria as you draw it along the surface of the bed. (The lamp shuts off automatically when the vacuum is picked up for safety.) A tamping pad oscillates at 3,600 beats per minute to shake microscopic particles loose from sheets and pillows.
