I always wanted a cool globe for my office here in Green Head HQ, I always assumed it would be one of those ones that flip open and have a full bar inside, but I found one that is even cooler. It's not cool because it's a rotating globe, but because it's a Mova Globe - A Perpetual Motion Rotating Globe that can rotate just like the Earth does... forever... with zero batteries or power cords. Just expose it to the sun!

that’s cool, weird tech, but it really needs a flip top so you can put a bar inside!

The globe is utterly amazing. I've only had mine for a couple of days and I can't take my eyes off of it. Every public school science classroom should have a globe to pique the interest of students.

This globe is very neat. The booklet states not to place anything near the north pole that can be affected or damaged by a magnetic field such as a TV screen. I am curious if the MOVA is place ON TOP of the TV if damage may result. Any idea?

Truly mesmerizing, like a perpetuum mobile. When I saw the moving globe, I just had to buy one. And figure out how it works.
