VR3 MP3 FM Modulator - Use USB Flash Drives in Your Car!

I hate burning CDs to listen to music in my car and I simply can't believe they don't make car radios with USB inputs yet. This way I could just play MP3s with a simple USB flash memory drive. Well, until they come up with direct USB inputs in car stereos, I am going to use the VR3 MP3 FM Modulator. Simply plug this unit into you cigarette lighter 12 volt adaptor and connect your USB flash drive filled with MP3s. The VR3 will automatically play your songs through an FM station with its built-in FM modulator. Even better, it has an audio input, so you can input your MP3 player, iPod, CD player, laptop, etc. as well. For only $29.43, plus a USB flash drive if needed, you can stop wasting your time burning endless cds. Think about it and it makes complete sense.

i have one of these and for the most part it works really great. it does however get a little static interference just like a regular station on a cloudy day or so. the second and third ‘stations’ are usually the better ones.

I have one. It works WAY better than I ever thought it would. As a former radio engineer, I’m kinda fussy…and this thing is really worth the money. I use it at home to broadcast music from the PC to the stereo system. The cable is included! I use a $10 12 volt DC cigarette lighter adapter.

I have this exact device, works perfect. A little static every now and then, but you just change the channel frequency and usually fixes it. And yes, I hope cars start having USB ports as the default power outlet, instead of the outdated cigarette lighter (I bet more people use it for power than to smoke).

It works as a converter: 12 volt to usb v1. Buy a headphone extension from RadioSchlock and the DVD player can sit in the back seat but the driver can listen to the movie.

It has TWO inputs: USB and Headphone input jack
The description should note that it is compatible with ANYTHING that has a headphone jack. I have an old walkman that I hook it up to, the library has tons of books on tapes which are not checked out, because many cars no longer have audio tape capability.

I have an MP FM Modulator which I bought a week ago. I have assembled more that 200 MP3 songs in my memory flash. ONLY when i connect this latter to it, it does play a song and stops for much more than a moment. I then have to switch off the car radio and turn it on again to listen to an other song. What to do, PLEASE?
