This hands-free, space-saving colander / strainer collapses down to about 2 inches when not in use and has a 1.75 quart capacity when unfolded. The ergonomic handle is designed to hook over most sink dividers and also helps keep it upright when straining hands-free. The strainer itself has a flexible silicone center allowing it to compactly fold up and there are enough small draining holes to handle everything from pasta and vegetables down to small grains and rice.
