The cool new Tovolo Sphere - Clear Ice System is an innovative ice mold that makes two seamless ice spheres, a crystal clear sphere on top and a classic sphere below. Just fill with pure water and while freezing, the perfectly insulated system creates a controlled environment where the oxygen in the top sphere is pushed down into the bottom sphere, leaving you a perfectly clear ice sphere on top and a normal one on the bottom. The spherical shape is also ultra-slow melting so it won't dilute your drink like a regular melting ice cube would.
