HAPIfork - Smart Fork Encourages Healthier Eating Habits
It's the 21st century and there are now endless little app-controlled smart devices tracking our fitness, our energy, our sleep, our money, our health, our mood, and just about everything else. However, you can never have too much data and learning about your habits and seeing patterns through detailed stats over time can be quite helpful. So, yep, there's now a smart fork.
The cool new HAPIfork is the world's first Bluetooth-enabled smart fork that coaches you into healthier eating habits by helping to slow down your voracious pace, while also tracking your eating stats in real time on a free app. If you start stuffing your face too fast, this smart utensil lights up and vibrates to alert you to slow down. Simply eating more slowly over 15-20 will help you to feel more satisifed and full, leading to you consuming far fewer calories. This adds up over time and you lose weight and have fewer digestive problems.
To help encourage you to slow down even more, the fork also pairs wirelessly via Bluetooth to an app on your smartphone or tablet and keeps track in real time the number of "fork servings" (each time food is brought to the mouth) per minute and how long it took to eat your meal to show you progress being made.
