Just strap the mic around your neck and everything you say down to a whisper is transmitted directly from your vocal cords with no outside sound picked up. To hear a response and all the obscene noise surrounding the other person you're calling, you'll still need to wear an in-ear headset, but they'll hear you just fine. Very cool.
