Just coat these cracked eggshell-shaped silicone pods with a little olive oil or cooking spray, float in boiling water and crack eggs into them. In about 4-6 minutes, perfectly formed poached eggs easily pop out. This set of two poachers come in yellow and white and are made from nonstick FDA approved silicone, are heat resistant to 675° F and are dishwasher, oven, freezer and microwave safe.
