One concept design of his from the early 1900s exemplified this symbiotic relationship between design and nature, but was never completed. The Frank Lloyd Wright Floor Globe ($750) is an authentic reproduction of this design, recreated from a sketch drawing found in the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation archives. This beautifully designed floor globe features a hardwood stand with a deep walnut finish, a globe with an antiqued finish to resemble ancient parchment, the most updated geographical information available, a brass colored full meridian and the it's even angled at the same 23.5° tilt of the earth in relationship to the sun. This globe is Frank Lloyd Wright's fully completed vision right down to the last detail and even includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
It would be much more harmonious with nature if he had actually designed your home and all the other furniture to go along with it, but it should still make a fine addition to your den or office or as a gift to a Frank Lloyd Wright fan. -
