Pork Knox Combination Lock Piggy Bank

The Pork Knox Combination Lock Piggy Bank is a stylish new take on the traditional piggy bank design. This ceramic money-hoarding swine is coated in chrome and features a combination lock snout. Once you set your own personal 3-digit code, your savings are secure in it's little pork belly. How did the idea of storing money in pig-shaped banks get started again?

We actually placed an order for these about a year ago and we ended up sending them all back because the noses seemed to stick a lot when you turned them, and the bottoms were all scuffed up. It's a great idea, but we hated the thought of sending out something that didn't work well during our own testing. All products have some defective units, but we really weren't happy of any of the units that came in here.

Given the price, though, it's still not a terrible item. A little oil could help the combination lock to turn more smoothly. I just wanted to offer my input so people know what to expect :)

Stephenie, thanks for the input. Was considering this cute little piggy bank. And yeah, as long as the lock works, I am fine with it. :) Cheers!
