I don't know about you, but when someone hands me a muffin, I eat the top and toss the rest. The top of a muffin is simply the best. but I eat the whole muffin
As for this muffin tray, it wont come out the same as ripping the top of a fully sized muffin. The botttom wont be fluffy, it will be just like the bottom of a regular muffin.
