The Sunbeam Rocket Grill is an amazing new indoor grilling appliance that uses special parchment paper pouches to cook your favorite fresh or frozen steaks, hamburgers, hot dogs, veggies, fish and chicken. The parchment pouches hold in all the juices and keep the food moist and flavorful while channeling fat & grease away to a reservoir at the bottom of the bag resulting in 300% reduced fat intake and 300% reduced grilling time. Fresh foods cook in 3-8 minutes and frozen foods cook in 8-12 minutes.

All you have to do is simply place your food into the parchment paper pouch, slide it into the opening on the Rocket Grill, select the fresh or frozen setting, set the timer (a built-in Grill Guide gives you the times) and you're done. Now simply remove the disposable parchment pouch, use the included tongs to slide out your food and toss the pouch away. There's absolutely no mess or clean-up.

I think it's a great idea for an indoor grill, but I'm a bit concerned about buying new pouches over and over, but then again I will save on constantly buying paper towels to clean up the mess after cooking conventionally.
