Candles just seem to be getting cooler and cooler lately... and wet! First we had the really ingenious Mathmos Thaw - Fire & Ice Candle Holder and now there's the opposite state with the Mathmos Float - Fire & Water Floating Candlelight ($59). This one is rather unique as well. Simply use an ordinary household candle and it will float in the water-filled glass vessel. As it burns down, well it actually doesn't, the flame floats in one place illuminating the top and the candle then burns upwards. Weird and very unique.
