I know it's a cold December here in Chicago at Green Head HQ, but for New year's Eve, the rest of the year and especially during the hot and balmy summer months, there's absolutely nothing more refreshing or delicious than a Mojito cocktail. Cuban in origin, but mixable here, this drink is all the rage. The Mojito is an easy mix of sugar, mint leaves, lime juice, rum, ice, and soda water and is served in a tall thin glass and garnished with a sprig of mint on top.
