Check out this cool new desktop lamp called the Levitating Galileo Gravitator that features four interchangeable floating spheres (the Moon, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn) that spin in zero gravity on an antique-style electromagnetic base. Anything that floats, hovers & levitates all by itself is just cool in my book and this thing almost looks like it was built by Galileo himself.

It's mostly plastic, but the curly parts are metal. It's actually quite pretty. I have one on my bookshelf. I love watching saturn float. :)
