I love to cook and I absolutely love the chopping and slicing that go along with it. I consider myself to be excellent with a knife and most vegetables fear my skills. However, I get over-enthusiastic and slip up and cut myself occassionally. I haven't done any permanent damage yet, but eventually I will lose a finger during a brutal attack on a heart of romaine. Well I should fear no more, there is now a cool new stainless steel Cook's Cutting Guard to protect my fingers from accidents. You just slip it on and only the intended target is now diced during your blades of fury. This might also be good for older knife weilders as well.
