The trees generally look like WC cleaning brushes. Here in the UK they hide cell sites in the illuminated signs at gas stations … then forbid users to use their handsets in the forecourt!

I am so sad that people are so ignorant about the real risk this antennas pose to their health. I specially sad about the lost of value for life!

I build cell towers, change out servers, and put up lighting systems. The only way rf (radio frequency) can affect you is if you stand in front of an active antenna. Most of the towers in cali are hidden because of the environmentalists, who of course use cell phones. People want the newest technology just dont want to know how it works. I like the whole antenna on the church thing. It helps the church out financially. I think the fake tree thing is plain ugly... they stick out like a sore thumb. Cell phone carriers are doing a good job, just look for existing high structures and lease them out.

The story on cell towers seems to be that human behavior can be influenced by certain wavelengths - in the 3-20 Hz range. Feelings of well-being come when exposed to some wavelengths, rage and fear are engendered at other wavelengths. It's a way to control the minds of the whole population.

This could explain why they are going to such lengths to hide these things.

I work in this industry, designing how the equipment is installed for them. The author of this article should have posted a photo or two of standard cell towers for comparison. They aren't pretty.

They also aren't put up in secret. When a new tower is built it has to go through zoning approval and any residents in the area are informed about the meeting to discuss a new tower-building proposal. Most towers are installed in commercial areas, away from residential areas (though it is sometimes a necessity, otherwise you wouldn't get a signal at home). In most cases, people don't even show up to these meetings to argue against them. When people do show up to complain, it's not about the radiation or the reception, but about how it will look. These "stealth" designs are around to keep people happy, not to try and sneak something by the public. In most cases, when antennas are installed on buildings they are simply painted to match the color of the building. That's all it takes to keep most people from even noticing them.

There are hundreds of thousands of towers across the United States. All you have to do is look around. Before I started working here I either didn't notice them or didn't pay attention to them... just as most of you have probably also done. Now I see them everywhere I go. The only way to stop the radiation is to completely ban cell phones, eliminate all cell phone companies completely from the country, and stop all local Television and Radio broadcasts.

There are rules and regulations about how much radiation each antenna can emit and how close they can be placed to residential buildings. The radiation levels aren't dangerous except at close range (and directly in front of an active antenna)... a distance that is exceeded by the height of the tower. So, the danger levels (decided by the FCC or some other ruling body) are never exceeded any place that the public has access to. If you're worried about cancer from the build up of low levels of this radiation over time... YOU'RE TOO LATE! Most of these towers have been around for 10 years or more. Only recently have the stealth towers really gotten creative like the examples above.

Besides, You might already have cancer from radiation, dozens of different types of foods, second hand smoke, etc. Life gives you cancer, so quit worrying so much about it and move on with your lives.

Also, I have never seen a camera installed on any of the 1200+ sites that I have worked on. Your government uses satellites and traffic lights for that sort of thing.

All these hidden towers are creepy. They track your movemnt w/these. Maybe they are setting up infrastructure to chip us and control us. sound crazy but look what man has done to himself throughout history. u think we are beyond control? beyond evil designs? dont be so naive.

so if you think that these towers cannot be used for anything else but cellphones, i got a couple of towers in manhattan to sell ya.
